All content on NeuroLogic’s sites and platforms (structure, text, training content, the Barry / Barry+ software, the qEEG and NeuroMETRIC methodologies, report templates, graphics, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual-property law and remains the exclusive property of SARL NeuroLogic or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Data entered and uploaded by professional Users (patient data, qEEG recordings, generated reports) remains the property of the User or their patient, under the conditions set out in the Terms and the qEEG Annex.
4. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, accessible from every site. For any request or to exercise your rights: brendan@neurologic.academy or by post to the registered office. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
