The founders
NeuroLogic was founded by two clinicians who still see clients, still teach, and still take the cases nobody else wants.
Brendan Parsons

Doctorate in psychology — neuropsychology and cognitive science — from the Université de Montréal, and Board Certified in Neurofeedback (BCN) since 2009.
Brendan came to neurofeedback from the other side: three concussions as a teenager, and a technique that changed the course of his recovery. He has trained under the field’s leading experts since 2006 and practised across populations from neurodevelopmental conditions to elite sport, leading teams in specialised clinics before founding the first French-language neurofeedback education program in 2017.
He has taught the field since 2010, collaborates on research with universities internationally, and designed Barry and the qEEG platform — the resources our practitioners use daily.

Laura Estève
Clinical psychologist — co-founder

Specialised in psychopathology, neuropsychology and brief therapies, with training in medical hypnosis (AFEHM, Pitié-Salpêtrière) and cognitive behavioural therapy.
Laura worked in the public sector — community mental health and a children’s hospital — and inside French grandes écoles, where she built prevention and support structures for students and teaching teams. In private practice she works with children and young adults on neurodevelopmental conditions (mainly ADHD), emotion regulation, anxiety, sleep and parental guidance.
Neurofeedback is now one of the many tools in her practice; she is working towards BCIA certification.

A technique that worked, taught properly.
NeuroLogic starts with a teenager and three concussions. Neurofeedback was offered to Brendan as a way through what they left behind — and an unlucky experience turned into a career. He trained, practised, and eventually taught, because the technique that helped him was being delivered, too often, by people who had never been taught it rigorously.
In 2017 he founded the first French-language education program dedicated to neurofeedback. In 2019 he met Laura, a clinical psychologist working with brief, neuroscience-informed approaches; she trained in the technique, and together they opened a specialist neurofeedback practice in Nice.
NeuroLogic itself was founded in 2021 with one job: give health and helping professionals an education in neurofeedback that is rigorous, transparent, and grounded in evidence — the kind we would have wanted ourselves. We began teaching in English in 2025.
